Pathwise collects the career information you enter into the assessment (such as your role, experience, city, compensation figures, and self-rated skills) and your email address. We use this to generate your Career Health Score and report, and to send you your results.
Your inputs are used to compute your personalised assessment and to improve the accuracy of our model over time, in aggregate and de-identified form. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use your email to deliver your report and snapshot, and may occasionally send product updates. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
Your data is stored securely with our infrastructure providers. We retain assessment data for as long as needed to support your access to your report, for a reasonable period to handle refund or support requests, and to improve the service — after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion of your data by contacting us.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@pathwisecareer.com — we aim to respond within a reasonable time.
We use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, payment processing, and email delivery. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service, and some may store or process data on servers located outside India as part of their standard infrastructure.
